Cancellation and Refund policy

  • All appointments require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change your deposit over to another date or service.

  • Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice given will lose their deposit.

  • As long as 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will be held under your name for a maximum of 3 months. Please contact us directly to re-book your appointment and use a previous deposit.

  • If your appointment is cancelled by us for any reason, a refund can be issued.
